ORDERING POLICY:
We are thrilled that you have chosen DRACO for your fine jewelry purchase. If any unforeseen issues arise with your order, we will contact you directly for resolution.
Ready to ship DRACO Jewelry will be processed and shipped within 2 – 3 days. Made to order pieces and will take 3 – 4 weeks to ship. Orders will not be produced until full payment is made.
Any items you see on the official DRACO social media channels are available for purchase. If you can’t find something on our website, please contact our team.

REPAIRS/RETURN/REFUND
Products in need of repair purchased on the Website may be returned to DRACO within 3Months from the day you received your products.
DRACO Jewelry will repair any breakage cause by manufacturer defect, within this time frame, at no charge. Normal wear and tear, improper care, or damage resulting from misuse will void this warranty. Repairs will be assessed on an individual basis.
The shipping cost of HKD 150 for returned products must be paid by you in advance for processing. The shipping cost includes shipping and insurance.
Should you require a repair, please contact us at info@dracohk.com, with the item in need of repair, what repair is needed, details from the original sales invoice, and your contact information. DRACO will assess whether the repair is approved on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion depending on the nature of the repair.
Please note that no Refunds / Return will be issued through DRACO website

Shipping Policy
Our orders are sent via courier service provided by SF Express depends on the area and must be signed for upon delivery. If there is no one available to sign for a delivery, then the parcel will be returned to the depot. The courier may contact you over the phone to arrange a re-delivery or pick up at depot at your convenience. Please note that your parcel will be available at the depot on the next 1-2 business days from the first delivery attempt.
For international orders, Our orders are sent via courier service provided by FedFex
When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please use the tracking number to locate your parcel on the courier website. Please note that you will not be able to track the delivery status until the day when you received your tracking number.
